Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms that apply when purchasing from Grain Room Co.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Grain Room Co., you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the policies applicable to your purchase. Please review all product information, personalization details, shipping information and order details carefully before submitting an order.
2. Handmade Products & Natural Leather
Grain Room Co. creates handcrafted leather goods. Because genuine leather is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, color, markings, scars and patina are expected and make each piece unique. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to accurately represent our work; however, color and appearance may vary slightly due to natural leather variation, lighting and screen settings.
3. Personalization & Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for entering personalization exactly as they want it to appear, including spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Grain Room Co. may contact the customer if clarification is required before production.
Personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for the customer and are generally not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production has begun, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or does not match the approved order details.
Custom project requests are reviewed based on design, materials, complexity and current workload. Submission of a custom request does not guarantee acceptance or final pricing. Production begins only after applicable design details, pricing and payment requirements have been agreed upon.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without notice. An order is not considered accepted for production until required payment has been received and the necessary order information has been provided.
Grain Room Co. reserves the right to correct pricing, product-information or technical errors and to contact the customer if an issue affects an order.
5. Processing & Shipping
Many Grain Room Co. products are made or finished after an order is placed. Processing times vary by product, personalization requirements and current order volume. Estimated processing times are separate from carrier transit times.
Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery information are provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather or circumstances outside Grain Room Co.’s reasonable control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Standard, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Personalized, custom-made and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or do not match the approved order details.
Customers must contact Grain Room Co. before sending a return so return instructions can be provided.

7. Product Care
Genuine leather naturally changes with use and may develop patina, scratches and color variation over time. Proper care can help preserve the appearance and longevity of your Grain Room Co. piece. Please refer to the Leather Care page for recommended care guidance.
8. Intellectual Property
Grain Room Co. branding, original product designs, photographs, graphics, written content and other website materials may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grain Room Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of its products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to These Terms
Grain Room Co. may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that purchase.
